Inaugural Lecture: Richard E. Wagner on Entangled Political Economy: Mixing Something Old with Something New

The inaugural lecture of the Entangled Political Economy Research Network will take place on Tuesday, September 15th, at 2:30 E.T. There will be time for questions and discussion following the talk.  In this lecture, Professor Richard E. Wagner will give a talk entitled: Entangled Political Economy: Mixing Something Old with Something New. Professor Wagner has already kindly shared his paper with us, here is the abstract:

This paper is an introductory presentation before the first monthly meeting of the Entangled Political Economy Research Network (EPERN) organized by Marta Podemska-Mikluch from Gustavus Adolphus College and Mikayla Novak from the Australian National University. This paper is not so much a research paper as it is a projection of several lines of research currently underway that fit the rubric of entanglement. For this inaugural session of the EPERN, it seemed to me that some such wide-ranging presentation would be more useful to participants than presenting a tightly focused research paper.
